How to raise Your Vibration

i. Gratitude – Being grateful to what you already have surfaces positive feeling that increase your vibration and opens you to receive more.


ii. Meditate – Meditating is a great way to connect with your higher self. Meditate also eliminates worries, anxieties, and other negative feelings.


iii. Connect with nature – Go outside and connect with nature. It is a great way to ground yourself and feel connected to the universe.


iv. Self-Care – taking care of yourself is the essential way to raise your vibration. Put on a face mask, get nails done, or read a book! Do what feels good and makes you happy.


v. Visualize - Close your eyes and see what you want to manifest. Visualize your dream life and goal. Imagine every aspect of your desire and see yourself in it.


vi. Drink Water – Water helps cleanse you of toxins and impurities that could be weighing down your vibrations. Water raises your vibrations form inside out.


vii. Journal – Journaling is a great way to clear and organize your mind. Journaling will raise your vibrations by releasing worries onto the paper , freeing them from your mind.
