Step 1
Change your brain waves by spending 10mins a day practicing deep breathing. Inhale all positivity, and exhale all the negativity from your body. All the unwanted energies taken inside your body is going out, and inhales all the positive thoughts and retain it.
Step 2
Visualize positive situations instead; your brain doesn’t know what reality is and what’s imaginary. Just FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT!! Think about all the positive things you want from your life. And concentrate on it for as much long as you can, till you start feeling uncomfortable thinking about it.
Step 3
If you encounter negative thoughts during this process, just say ‘NO’ to them. And bluntly tell them to go away, as they don’t belong to you. Send it away from you. Only allow positive thoughts to enter and keep a check on negative thoughts. Don’t let it come near you.
Step 4
Change your pattern of negative thinking, by adding a new routine to your thought process. Daily reflection, meditation and affirmation is the key to think positivity.
Step 5
Visualize the thinking of negative thoughts shrinking, and leaving you forever. Let them go and don’t stop them by recalling it, or thinking about it.
